View last 30 days of usage in Control Plane by total, logs, traces, and metrics. You can click on a date to view hourly breakdown.

If you're estimating your regular usage to be upwards of 3T events a month, we'd be happy to discuss longer term commitments to help discount your billing.

Yes. You'll get an email notification when you reach 50%, 75%, 90%, and 100% of the limits.

When signing on to the Enterprise plan, we share estimated overage charges in case you go over the discounted commitment thresholds.

We're available on Slack and Microsoft Teams for quick and async support queries. We also do office hours with customers and 1:1 on-call support.

The pay-as-you-go plan lets you push your telemetry to your own S3 for cold storage that can then be rehydrated. If you still need longer retention, the Enterprise plan supports customized retention periods.
