Real User Monitoring is Here

Track real user experience across your web applications with our new RUM monitoring solution. While synthetic monitoring tests your site from controlled environments, RUM captures performance data from actual users' browsers, devices, and network conditions — giving you the complete picture of how your site performs in the real world.

  • Core Web Vitals tracking: Monitor Time to First Byte (TTFB), Largest Contentful Paint (LCP), First Contentful Paint (FCP), Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS), and Interaction to Next Paint (INP) with P75, P90, and P99 percentiles
  • User journey insights: Analyze Views Over Time and identify Top Paths to understand how users navigate through your application
  • Performance filtering: Search and filter traces by any attribute to drill down into specific user experiences
  • Configurable data collection: Set sampling rates to balance comprehensive monitoring with performance impact
  • Rich user context: Capture IP addresses and additional user attributes for deeper analysis

The Performance tab is available now, with Errors and Sessions tabs coming soon to provide complete visibility into your users' experience.

Improvements

  • Logs Explorer: Query response times improved for complex log searches, especially in high-volume environments.

Fixes

  • Logs Explorer:
    • Empty related logs filter handling was not working properly when no matching logs were found, which could cause the UI to become unresponsive.
    • Query execution issues were preventing heatmap visualizations from rendering correctly in some cases.
