Quality-of-Life Updates to Logs Explorer

Added is empty and is not empty string functions in the Filter stage, making it easier to check for empty values in your logs
Updated Explorer table interaction:
- Use the Details button on the right of any row to open the Log Details side panel (previously, clicking anywhere on the row would open it)
- Select body text directly from the table and add to your filter criteria (not available when using Aggregate stage)
Added highlighting for the current log line in Related Logs, helping you quickly identify and track relevant entries during analysis
Implemented millisecond support in URLs for logs timestamp to handle Context Links generated by Datadog properly

Body text in Related Logs was being truncated even when sufficient space was available, with no way to view complete content
Parse stage with body selected as the from field caused each dropdown to open by default when opening queries from the Query Library
Line wrapping functionality wasn’t working correctly on JSON payloads in the body
Auto-scroll wasn’t functioning when Tail Mode was resumed
Aggregated query values were incorrectly sorting as text instead of numerically
Column sorting in aggregated queries would unexpectedly toggle to the default unsorted state when switching between ascending/descending
