Maintain visual context of time window while zooming into results in Logs Explorer

In Logs Explorer, you can now choose to narrow search results or update the selected time window as well while zooming on the volume chart:
- To only narrow query results without updating the selected time window, click on any bar or drag across the chart to select multiple bars
- To update the time window as well, shift + click on a bar or shift + drag across the chart to select multiple bars
If Status Message is present, will be displayed in the Attributes tab in Span Details while viewing a trace
